Football players do learn to control their breath (those guys on the line sound like they're breathing breath of fire) and their senses must be very sharp and focused on whatever task is theirs for the moment.Lisahttp://thepragmaticyogi.blogspot.com/noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8472650269693325361.post-3123458275436080392010-09-13T00:04:24.571-07:002010-09-13T00:04:24.571-07:00:) All smiles :) I too don't like much of foot...:) All smiles :) I too don't like much of football and it just goes above my head when I see it . Football fans enjoy their resting poses on the coach while letting their minds relax. Yoga students prefer a good child pose or savasana session.Maria @dailydownwarddoghttp://dailydownwarddog.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8472650269693325361.post-55819354617857348412010-09-11T07:16:31.728-07:002010-09-11T07:16:31.728-07:00chuckle... i like football okay, but yes, my mind ...chuckle... i like football okay, but yes, my mind wanders... to books, art, crohet hook, blog posts...... :)

but yes, quite a bit in common actually!Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11863793441609598153noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8472650269693325361.post-8168108583072426782010-09-09T19:32:42.012-07:002010-09-09T19:32:42.012-07:00Same thing happens to me when the hubs watches foo...Same thing happens to me when the hubs watches football. I try and watch but ultimately end up blogging, reading or downloading random songs I find on itunes.

Love the comparison of yoga and football though...
